When Reno is actually on-line in Era and not just on RC, I have never, ever encountered him having his pms turned off. As I mentioned above, if staff is on RC and not in Era, the server delivers that response to any attempted pms. Honestly, anyone who is part of the PR team should not have that as an option (turning off pms) when they are online. Defeats the purpose for them but does make sense for other staff who may be doing their work such as gfx and lat. Fortunately, I have not encountered online PR staff having their pms set to off for a long time.

I don't even see a reason as to why there is "Player Relations" position, in all the time ive played this game I do not think ive ever needed help or received help from a "PR".

this game is popular enough with enough junkies for there to be 24/7 admins always available.

but there aren't, not because they cant be, because they choose not to be active on their admin accounts, you will for sure see them screwin around in game on their player accounts tho, plus you also choose the wrong people, like 13 yr olds who cant spell or speak english properly.
