Underaged Administrators

Thread isn't really going anywhere in terms of the topic, more so an 'insulting' thread.

In my time, I've come across many 'underage' staff, they did their job just as competently as any of the other staff. There were no issues of maturity (or lack thereof, as addressed in this thread) I've even come to know them as good friends. However, I do feel that it is wrong to hire staff so young, not because of how they'll act, but how people will act towards them (as per Vendhin's post) some of the things they need to deal with just is not appropriate for someone of that age. I'm 17 and some of the stuff I've dealt with really should have been done by an adult.
