SNK said I couldn't get my 3k base hours back. A year ago after we were scammed snk said "it's unfair to restore ones gang and not the others". Yet I submitted a ticket and remarkably he stated "If it occurred prior to August 23rd, I can't help sorry". Let's remove the sugar coated retrerict, "I'm not gonna help cuz I don't wanna". You set these arbitrary rules and impose them on yourself. Just like before he can and won't help. Don't get your hopes up guys.
Convenient that the time limit was set to August 23rd, when Grims hours were scammed? It's back door politics, favoritism to put it bluntly.
Of course staff can't possibly investigate and return all hours, however you can at least help gangs that had 500+ or 1k+ hours scammed. He knows I'm not abusing the system for free hours, he and I spoke about BlackWaters hours long ago.

snk...do u really think this is fair? obsidian wasnt scammed, gangstar was scammed at 1.8k so roy lost all chances at a hat, bwwwc lost their gang at 3k...why cant u just keep the system how it is? scamming has always been legal so when gets was scammed, it should not have been restored. why do the rules always bend when it involves gets and homeless witch? i remember when gets was DELETED coz they were joking around and gave the gang to a noob; i remember also when a player ifiled the owner of gangstar (rinou, then) and told marina to give him the gang. nothing was done about the second incidence, but u guys returned gets INSTANTLY. why do they recieve such special treatment? give us reasons why this game should be so corrupt instead of played like other games.

^this snk. You said you want a better gang system, so start with returning the gangs hours without favoritism, without any arbitrary rules, and without ignoring gangs that aren't iFreeze, GETS, or Grim Reapers.
We couldn't get our gang back because it wasn't fair for the previous gangs that gang got scammed but you clearly said you want to change that and you clearly brought back Grim despite "it wouldn't be fair to the other gangs". Now restore back those who were lost please.

his case is not the same as others, his friend gave the gang away because rush said he would make the gang better and then would give it back... lol.

other gangs got scammed by impersonating another member by wearing their specific customs (ifiled or taken from a site that ifiled it) and by changing their names.

this is not the same and is probably why its being ignored.

Come on snk, give BlackWater back their hours. Change the system first by starting to give back the hours of those who were scammed. Don't add unnecessary rules or restrictions, it's not right.

Back to the point:
1) Password for transfer of leadership, restoration in 7 days. (Item purchases and trades could have this function too)
2) Keep the current rewards as they are:
-2k 7 hats
-4k hideout
-6k hideout room (could add more since someone mentioned subway had 5+ rooms?)
-8k could add something such as 20k gralats for leader+10 members)
-10k gang hats
-15k skin
-25k gang hat (correct me if im wrong snk)

It is already and we all just have to deal with it. Too bad we didn't start playing the game early eh? I shouldn't have ignored Era when it was on the top charts of AppStore back in 2010.
