Everyone is enabled to get an Event Coin.
There are several ways to get an Event Coin.
1. Free EC (sometimes when high rank admin like Reno, snk, they give EC when they are happy, or server is too lag etc)
2. Winning an Event (Sometimes admin hosts an event, participate and you might win an Event Coin there if you won)
3. Achievements (Complete an Achievement or Secret achievements for 0.1EC)
4. Winning special events (Sometimes there are quests or special events, if you complete / winning / participate such as Gang Spar Tournament, you may get an Event Coin there)

Well it's simple,practice and get better at events gradually,reap the worthwhile rewards.
It's not the easiest thing in the world,but if you want to get them efficiently then do so.
