Everything is essential, sparrers think freeze is essential. PKers think ROF and Damage is essential. Well, most of them. I hardly ever see people talking about reload, clip, or hit timer. You can have a what, 12 damage missle launcher and that's all what people think about it, damage. What about Neo? People judge it as 'Better than the bar' because of it's damage. Again, people have opinions, but it's not really an opinion to say that the Neo is better than the bar because of the price. People need to look at gun stats as a whole, not just a fraction.
