They could make the inside of the mansion big enough for a base... It be interesting for a base to be right in the center of the map (between bridges)

I doubt we're going to get another base anytime soon with countryside still being worked on, some people say that there will be bases there. And also lets not forget that neo wasn't released all too long ago so don't get your hopes up.
