No it isnt.

as you can see, every aspect of the gun is different, even though it may appear to be an edit to you. DIY's gun is tinted red to differentiate in the images, or labeled as his component in the picture. Even at a glance though, you can see differences between his gun and the M4. Dont call his gun an edit just because it fits the M4 size almost perfectly, which was actually a direction in this contest. Sorry, I just dislike when people immediately take down others because they cannot compete at their level or are just being mean. Have a nice day

But the gun skin DIY his gang achieved.

Some don't seem to realize that you have to use the M4 template, nothing else.

Moreover, some people send me e-mails, and attach their "M4-Skin"..

Hey hey!

Have you ever wanted to take part in the development of our GST? Well, I can't offer you exactly that - but you can help us a lot in a different way!

We're in need of skins for our Multiplex Gun - Meph's renowned gun idea: a gun that has customizable statistics, but is balanced either way.
As a template, you have to use the M4 - I have attached the file you need.
Please do not make it look the like the M4, it's just a basic template - it should be the same size as the M4, nothing else.

The Top 5 "skin makers" will be rewarded - they will receive 3 EC each and their own skin.
We're planning to release the skins alongside the GST Shop.

What Anero means is that he doesn't want people to send him skins, he wants people to send him full gun templates.
