So kawaii, but too small. Try to make it fit the head, but if you want it small like that, fix the shading. Add some brighter shading. Look on how I did the bottom of my snow globe. Like that kind of shading I want to see on your hat. =]

Update: Fixed the color on the bottom and added snow. Should I add something else or finish?
