We are not allowed to base at all with our staff account even off tag. Even though our rules state "its abuse of power to try and base while on staff tag". I was told this by a higher staff and they noted it in staff news. So any staff on staff account should only be there while preforming dutys. So any staff baseing should be on there player account and if players notice anything different then they should report the staff.

We have a thread like this every other week.
Instead of complaining all the time, provide actual proof or use the "Letter to the Staff" section to talk to us about it.
By spreading your negativity and pessimism publicly all the time, it looks like you're trying to get something out of it - which is being able to complain about something.

I don't have anything against staff, however I do find some things turn a little biased a lot of times. As far as applications go. I keep as honest as I can. And I admit to uncountable jails for speed hacking. Which is far behind me. Which is my only jail reason I have ever had. Otherwise I give solid applications. I don't leave out any details. Compared to those who probably lie about the question on jails. I'd hope something like that could be looked over. But I feel as if anything unclean ends up on an application. You're looked over for being honest. When I would think honesty is more important than any jail reason. Maybe it's just me. I feel as if there should be "trial" administrative jobs. Temporary for a few days before actually getting hired to continue as one. A lot of players are only in it for the benefits. Not for the better of era. The people being hired are the people who will regularly argue with players just as bad as someone with 200 hours arguing with someone who has 2000 on what guns are good. Vulgarity included. Just an example. Player Relations doesn't seem to be the term it should be. Not that much relation to the players other than punishing them. If they do anything. Many players seem to think admins do absolutely nothing on era. Again, I have nothing against staff as a whole or any particular staff. Just don't agree with the process of becoming a PR.

That's completely normal.

I know you might not agree to this, but they're jealous.
Some people try to degrade others to feel themselves better - they think they would improve their own life by doing it.
I'm not accusing anyone in this thread of doing it, but it may be a possibility.

Let's be realistic:
I'm pretty sure our team is not always perfect.
It happens - we're mostly hiring teenagers, since that is pretty much our playerbase. We only have a few adults on our team.
We don't know these people in real-life, so we can't know how they will behave as staff.
If someone abuses/doesn't do his job, he'll eventually be removed. If you think we're missing something, you can always contact us.

Be positive, and if you think someone's abusing or not doing their job properly - tell us.
