I Won't defend the team or any player, i'll just give my opinion, You can probably argue all what you want, is a right everyone have, i don't mind if you argue or probably you won't like what i am going to say, but you just need to understand that our work is not that easy as you think it is, if we fire staffs for "calling noob someone" we will have 0 staffs, you also mentioned about elections to hire new prs or whatever, probably you would say people that are not nice but popular in the community, what we fix with that? the majority of the players who are arguing are probably the most rudes ones, if you don't believe me i can check it, if you honestly like just a BIT the game, don't fail it by saying bad stuff about the people who are working for free just to control and to make the community better, this is volunteer is not a paid work, You can now say that im corrupt and all those things you guys like to say, it don't affect me, why? Because i know i am doing the correct thing, In a rate of 10 applications of pr 2 are good, the rest are not good enough, young people, bad application, or a higheeeest amount of warns.
I don't pretend make you stop doing this, obiously i am not anyone to say you that, As staff yes i have more authority but i would like to say as a person, i really guess that any of you would like to recieve those comments regarding your Team, Me and some other people are putting lot of effort in to make the Team work trying to cover every time hour and so much things, and the most better thing is that PR's are getting involved.
If you feel Myself or whatever staff are doing it bad or abusing, open a thread on the Letter to the Staff section, and add the proof, real proof not words, we all can say words.

Ace is not the person to go to about PR abuse. PRA's are the people to contact about issues like that. The PRA's are not corrupt and we take every report that we receive seriously as long as there is evidence to go along with it.

Please do compile the report and hand it to whoever and we'll deal with it in due course.

There's a different side to this crisis.
Some prefer PRs to finish the job, ending arguments and all but not all of them
are actually reliable.

Some prefer the players to single handedly hand out verdict however not
all of them are reliable.

Really, we just want some justice in the streets of era.
Who, what, when, how doesn't matter, we just want someone that'll do the
right thing.

Just wondering if Firefly was basing with her player account. If she was using her player account, and not staff, then imo she shouldn't have to deal with getting on her staff just to warn the players who are cussing just to get off afterwards. She was just playing the game. However, if it was her staff, I agree she should've done something. This is no bias because she is staff, I've hardly spoken to her to build a "relationship". This is just my view. If I was on staff, I would have done something. However, if I was using my player account, I'd just report it and let someone else deal with it. Our player and staff accounts can conflict with eachother because of this.

This is what I really hate to see.
I can't even play on my main account without having people cussing and thinking I would do something bad to them in return.
Going in stealth also doesn't seem to fix the problem. I'm a staff too - yes but I refuse to let law breakers get away.

Reported once, it doesn't always seem to work. This is coming from a staff and I don't like to enforce the situation as it's already drenched in despise.
Even if you have your main account to have fun that doesn't mean any staff should neglect what's happening in their surrounding.

I even did a check to see which PR(s) is/are online and I had a sudden relief thought that he/she would handle it utterly well.

Oh well, it's not like I can change the game or something.
Just my personal opinions as a staff. But I can assure you that handling favoritism is easier than arguing with no solid proof other than words.
Also, please keep this thread on topic as for right now I see irrelevant conversations between Player A's post and Player B's.
