Yes, a lot. Try to make the outline thin, not thick. Yes, the ear.
There's no shading visible at all. Add AA on the ears to make it look smooth.

Well, the top hat part is from a hat already in game, and so is that spar mask bit. Except the bandana? part

You do realize that stealing or as you can say, "editing", can lower your chances of winning this contest. If you want to do that, then make the hat, goggles, and bandanna by yourself. Your own work, not others.
