Missing Transparency?

Hey ya'll. So, I have a bit of a problem with a custom I am trying to upload. It tells me to either Set Transparency, or change the true black/white colors. If you find something wrong with it, please fix it for me or let me know. Thanks.

Just add green all over it and make the black to 0,0,10. When you upload, set the "set transparency" box on.

Fixed it, found a few solid colors and added a transparent background.
I just tested it and they approved it.
