Wow dude, you're so smart. Guns that have requirements for spar or pk are obviously can't be put in the presents so there is no need to outline numbers of exceptions such as no guns that are only used by staff, no guns that are being tested and aren't released, no guns that have a staff's personal skin, no guns that require a certain amount of kills. etc. It is common sense for these guns not to be given out as gifts so would you please calm down with your caps, your ROFLs, and be using the forums in a more mature way; you are quite older than most of the players.
