The pistol looks a bit wonky. If its supposed to be a revolver then fix the shape, maybe make it not as long and make it thinner.
Looks fine to me.
Fix the cup's color.

Its supposed to be a flaming skull but its really hard to make a fire animation.

Give the eyes more depth and from the POV I see from the Skeleton, it appears it is looking... down? Correct?Skull redone, enlarged staff, better shading on the pole.
