Disable CC at Events

Seems that somebody just lost to a CC on a Spar Tournament and came to rage on this forum. No one got a argument of why should it be banned other than "It's very fast and knockback let me lose". Let's just remember that Cripple Cannon was made for spar and getting 75ec is a lot more different and takes more effort than buying dome plenty graalats packs.

If you think that the CC is very spammy, the reason of this is because it takes 10 hits for the opponent to die.

Cripple Cannon is worst than a flamethrower back in the days in tts or spar, you spam it crazy and if it knockbacks you... you´re screwed. The reasons why Im requesting this it´s because it is very unfair even for a bar etc. One knockback just ruins ur spar and strategy.
