To Be Honoust I think Snk might have rushed into giving out hats and missed some GraalIds in the logs.

Honestly, dont give a crap about them since they were always dog to me, and I didnt get the hat as well so couldnt care less

The hat effects are just same as our hat (Payback) anyways Im glad people are actually getting their rewards after 6-7 weeks after us.
