Awhile back, maybe 7-8 months ago I posted on here asking why I couldn't login to my iEra account on my phone via facebook because I have no access to my email that is hooked up to my account the PR that answered was nice and explained that the current facebook wasn't compatible with iera ad said it was getting fixed soon. However, I have waited 7 months for a fix and none have come is there any reason the fix hasn't been made?
I think Facebook still isn't playing well with Graalonline. Reason why they removed Facebook EC snapshots.
No access to e-mail is horrible. ;-; Try to contact your E-Mail provider to get your password back.
You can only rely on E-mail now. No more FB.

The thing about the email though is I have no idea who the provider is/was because I had it for like 10 years and my parents made it for me back so many years ago. I used it stupidly for my Graal account not knowing that I had no access to the email I tried to ask my parents but they say they don't know. Is there any way I can transfer emails?

Ok I know the email name but its custom and I have no idea what they went through to make the custom email. I then setup the custom email onto my account not realizing I couldn't access the email. Sorry if that was confusing.

Exactly that. I don't know how they made the custom email and I have no idea where to look.
