Lets be honest, it is better if they see it to start with than if they see a nice friendly room and think "oh what a lovely and pleasant game" because they then enter start.
U mean they have to ban them cause they make account and stop playing after 10 mins a hour max. They must delete inactive clans and players who are inactive for like a month unless you tell them that your gonna be inactive and with gangs i mean gang messaging or something.

They added a tutorial, and tutorial NPCs are walking around if you know where to find them..

You have to grab them. Unless its easier to let npc ask the players if they would like to have a short tutorial like in Underground Spar Ozzy npc.
