PC - Key Binding

I am sure everyone knows what is Key Binding, and these Keys are important for PC player to make their best performance in the game.
So I think maybe there's an option where we can switch the keys?
Like for an Example,

Grab - A (We switch it to L)
1st Equip slot- D (We switch it to J)
2nd Equip slot- S (We switch it to K)

And for movement keys.
Walk Up- ↑( We change to W)
Walk down- ↓ (We change to S)
Walk Left- ← (We change to A)
Walk Right- → (We change to D)
Strafe- Shift (No need to change)

And Chatting use.
Public Chat- Tab↹ (We change to Y)
Gang Chat- N/A (We change to U)

Keep in mind, this is a Windows only program.
