Guns Admin, a useless position?

Guns Admin, they manage guns, scripts, gani, graphics, levels, and anything consider for gun relation.

VIP Designer, they manage VIP, scripts, ideas, innovations, ganis, levels, and anything close to VIP.

One can not simply sign up for VIP, though. They must go from rank to rank, just like a PRA/SPR.

Useless? VIP is getting their butt's sat on a toilet with no activity occurring. Want to know what's useless? Seasonal VIP. Innovation? Damn no.

VIP will have a lot of work when you think about it. They will not do graphics for other things, that's GFX Team thing. They will focus in VIP and VIP only.

Get this game's team straight, the crack on the pipe is slowly being patched, but still has lots of leaks.

No need to worry for leaking. The position will be hard to get, even ways. On the top loyal, smart, and creative staff will get there. People might think VIP as a joke, but just wait till you get a load of VIP that everyone will love.

My reason for not ever getting hired again(The Thread ^^^), But let's not keep shooting guns for a flame war. We would get called a mess and won't get hired as if they would give a 2nd chance right?

About 3,000 - 4,000 player get on everyday to see something new and cool happen.
If Vip is backed up at least give them something worth it.(Free ec for the month)

Era has good Vip items, let's be honest here.
Each Delay means another player going to swear
or do something to annoy staffs like I always do and
ends up with me screwing my self over each time.

Because people run out of ideas and since it's not a priority it's pushed back

What server is going to let a random person do it? Most of testbed staff are ghost.
Why does it take about 2 months for a Vip item to come out then?
Why can't players just submit stuff, I guess for Vip?

Anyone can learn how to script regardless of staff position.
Also any position can make VIP items, yes including PRs if they wanted to.

Maybe useless but saves a lot of time.
Less stress about Vip each month.
also that Vip person can check reports and head uploads.

I think iEra should bring back Vip staffs because it would save time and stop Vip delays.
Having less staff to help out means having more work to do. Player Relations can't make
Vip items because they must check reports and answer questions as soon as they log online.
Graphics team is mostly making new holiday items or working on projects for higher staff
to release. We all know Developers are busy.

The reason why most projects get leaked is because they aren't locked.
They can easy have a person make countryside levels blind. The problem can
be fixed by showing 5 pictures that have the style of countryside that aren't leaked really from countryside.
Make 1-3 Example levels that have countryside style that won't be release when it really comes out.
That can help staff not be worried about projects and also take stress off snk. A Lat doesn't really
need access to a gmap unless he's going to edit on it.
If a project is worked on by 2 staff members only, why not lock the level for high up staff members only?

Gani, Gfx, Lats, don't really need main, you can't really edit on it.
Also it's more safe to test on iEra dev server then main because it has a 45% of getting leaked.

You are absolutely correct, though. If Multiplex was being created, Anero and the person working on it should have access to it. PRs have access to unreleased levels. Why though??? Their jobs are to help players and host events. They should not be allowed. iEra needs to step up their game.

Ace does a lot of work for each player even if you don't see it.
You got to respect the man for his work and what he's done for this server.
Don't be mad over something he had no control over.

That thread brings back Memories.
The VIP Idea COULD work, however You would have to hire people who can specialize in different development skills.

e.g. 1 person for Scripting, another for Gani and another player for GFX and finally a Leveling admin to update the dull look at the VIP house.

However regular staff could do this, hence rendering the VIP team useless, but having a team that works only on VIP could produce more frequent ITEMS!
