Tried using my ps3 controller for era nothing happened do you need to be on a pc?

I tried both my Xbox 360 and ps3 contollers and it didnt detect either of them.

I read up on iOS 7 and you need an actual controller specifically built for playing games on iOS. None have been released as far as ik but they're in development and should be released fairly soon.
