You made my stomach hurt with those thick lines going on. I like the style of it, but please fix the outline.

Honestly, the "pineapple" hat doesn't look like a pineapple hat. It looks more like carrots in my opinion. Try making the pineapples thicker?
The outline is very awkward. Adding on to what Kendrick said, try making the outline 1px width.
Creative, but add a darker outline and try to make bigger eyes that are not GIF. It seems as a blinking hat is creepy enough for a summer theme.Attachment 27071
