    Identify email not being sent

    I've regained control of my email. When I try to send the identify email it doesn't appear in any folder.

    Is it possible for an identify email to be manually sent by staff?

    Also, I've sent toonslab a message, this is simply to see if there is a quicker fix.

    This also happened to me.
    I am not sure why it's not working.
    I tried reading some documentaries on Google,
    but didn't find anything useful, even Gmail guides.

    It may be a problem between GraalOnline and the Server (your email).

    I did a new e-mail, and hopefully, it worked,
    so try doing a new e-mail only for Graal.

    I need actual help. Not copy paste bot reply. This is why hate going through toonslab

    I've checked with another device and i got some others to send the identify message but still nothing in the hotmail.

    Looks like it's the identification email on Graal severs end see after all I ain't messing around its happening too others, I also suggest you get a secretary to take care of your emails and the toonslab cases so then they can forward the correct case onto what ever staff looks after what type the case is under

    It takes awhile to send.

    Does it take a week to send? because that's when I tried it, multiple times :_:

    For me, it took about 30 minutes... Literally.
    Mabye you decided to stop getting emails from Graalonline?

    How does one know if they've stopped getting such emails? I don't really use hotmail much anymore so i'm lost.

    No email addresses are blocked, still waiting on assistance.
