Identify email not being sent

I have had the same issue as you Hex for a long time now and I had to get an email change in-game to be able to recieve emails again.

It's really frustrating... I had to call the hotmail service and they sent me to a level 2 tech service and they couldn't do anything either. Are you using the new version of outlook/hotmail too?

This issue is happening too everyone snk fixed mine then 2 days later it happened again so I've created a new email just waiting for all my accounts too be merged into it

I think it's the newer version, not really adept with outlook anymore how do I know for sure?

So bottom line i'm going to most likely have to get a change of Hotmail huh.
