Mute Chat

So sometimes in a gang people chat, and sometimes in gets annoying. Then you block pm's, but then every time someone sends something via gang chat you get the popup message "Player has turned of pm's". It's annoying when you base or when you want to talk to your gang members. I thought instead how about if you could just mute a certain chat or person for some time without them getting the popup message. It could be in the options section of your profile whether you are gonna use it. To know who you muted in the friends section you can find a list titled "Muted People/Chat(s)" This is all I thought of at the moment, feel free to post anything relevant to my idea, thanks.

It's not like they can get the message anyway but it helps kill the notification.

Yeah because you totally have time to block everyone and then look for who you blocked, and then spend time to unblock them. Yeah this is totally better than being able to just mute everyone at once for a while. SIKE.

People might get mad at you for blocking them. Why cant it be easier where you can just mute gang chat or people without blocking or turning pm's off

Because sometimes people get tired of several gang members spamming or sending loads of messages.
