It is not and will never be to possible to post hats on iEra like a custom. Maybe if it was yours, you can add it in a contest, but that's the only way for a player's creation to be inserted to the game.

You should continue to improve on your gfx and eventually become a gfx staff member, this way you can upload all the hats you want
