Give Purpose to Buildings?

Hello!
I was going about Graal Then One Day It Hit me!
We Have So Many Buildings But They Serve No Beneficial or Real Purpose to The Players.
For instance, the Era Bank. Why have they not developed a system where we could deposit the Gralats along with a password? Maybe Even Some Interest? This Could Protect from Hackers.
Or....
The Theatre, Why Don't They Play Stuff There? They Could Perhaps Play YouTube Videos of Graal with Permission Of Course.
Or....
The Weird River Building That Looks Like it Leads Somewhere. Thing is You Can't Get On The Boat or Go Anywhere. (River Left of Lethal)
Or....
A Restaurant. Where Players Serve NPCs? Or Maybe Even Players If They Order It.
Or....
The Police Station. Maybe Become a Cop and Hunt Down Gangsters for A Quest That Will Grant Maybe $1000 Gralats.
Or....
The ******** Electronics Building. Where You Can Make Some Computer Hardware or Electric Tools. Maybe That Can Be a Job?
Or....
Several Buildings That Are NPC Businesses. You Can Maybe Give Them A Quest For People To Do. (I cannot pinpoint them because they have no name but try the second building up from the upper right Speedy Pizza)

These Were Just What I Could Come Up With On The Spot!
Let Me Know If You Have Ideas or Maybe Some FeedBack.

The Restaurant Idea Is Just Weird And Didn't Make A Lot Of Sense For Me.

I think that the core electronics and be turned into a job. maybe you have to put stuff together (lke pizza, but instead of toppings and pizzas it is phones, computers ect.) Also the restaurant idea could be elaborated on. Maybe you have to serve the NPCs food (they say they want a pizza and a soda then u have to get them and serve the food to them for money).
