It depends on when you were last warned and your reputation as it currently stands.
I always wanted to be a part of the GFX department. I just now notice I can apply. But I been jailed 5 times for Vulgarity or Harassment. I regret honestly that.
If you are known for your graphics and not being vulgar you'll be fine
