Currently the max gang reward is 15k hours for a gun skin. To achieve this you need to base 24 hours every day for 625 days. I don't think rewards should go over this because it would give other gangs the chance to base.

Well some gangs who have achieved the 25k mark take in other gangs to base at this zone in return for a spot in the rewards.

I disagree that we need gang rewards past 10k to be honest. I really think after 10k hours a gang has outlived their life and some point its really lame for them to keep going. I also think after 10k hours its time for those ranked gang members to become founders of new gangs in the community and add some competition to the actual bases instead of establishing "Home bases." The point of basing is challenging one another, not to sit on top of an old name with no competitive spirit at all.
