Also having this issue.
Also have made multiple attempts, hours in between each, and have checked the spam folder.
I've sent numerous emails to various addresses.
I've tried from multiple devices, after the first one produced no results.
I have a second account I made for another device, which receives the mails just fine.. immediately, telling me that there's a problem with my main one.
That said, I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that I have not used the main account in months.
I don't know why that would be the case, as Era is still ACTING as if it's sending off the verification email, so it is still tied to the account.. I am just not receiving it.
Hoping I get a response soon.
Just thought I would contribute to this thread to show that it's not just one single isolated event.
