    fix your damn game.

    Graal already ate my 1$ but today i went and bought the 8000 gralat pack and I didnt get my money Tried again didnt get my gralats but instead took my money staff never even bothered to answer the ticket I sent about my money being taken the first time. Smh.

    Perhaps titling this thread as "fix your damn game" isn't the way of going about things.

    You could restore purchases, see if the Apple ID that you used to download the game is the same account as the one you have money on. If that is the problem, redownload era on your new account.

    You should get a receipt in your emails, just get a refund if you don't receive you Gralats?

    Graal doesn't send you the receipt, it should be the store you use like the iTunes AppStore or google play

    I dont want my cash I want my GRALATS thats the whole reason i got the google play card. Graal controls the gralats and I want mine, I have my recipt and everything.
