I don't see this thread directed at myself either. And you're right, payment shouldn't be a problem however the level of service is most likely to be different than a volunteer position. Paid staff actually have an obligation and responsibility to work out issues professionally.

That's right. However, if most of the players are constantly paying money towards this game, the bad service received is like equivalent to giving us the middle finger.

I don't doubt you but I've seen instances where coke has abused his power and threads have been created yet he's yet to receive punishment.

Staff aren't payed it's obvious that their assistance doesn't have to be perfect, currently I think it's fine though a few bad apples give the team a bad name.

Well I can easily answer that first sentence for you. There's a proper procedure that needs to be followed when filing a complaint against a staff member and creating a thread about them isn't it.

Fair enough however threads may allow for discussion and apology if a mistake were made.

With that being said I have also seen such threads get out of hand and turn to outright slander/insult.

That's if the admin being reported reads it. I know those threads rarely come across my attention.
