So right now im trying to upload my own custom head that i made.And i did set the transparency,but yet it still disapprove it and the big problem is when i set trans,the background colour is still showing.

This happens a lot with the upload system, keep tweeking the head upload by trying to correct what it says is wrong. eventually it will go through for you. It is important to change it a little bit or they will block you from being able to upload for 24 hours or something if you keep trying to push the same custom through, it happened to me. =x

Maybe you can't upload your own custom head because there could have been an error. Maybe the head was made incorrectly so you can't upload it.

Maybe it happened because you need to remake the head in a different program if there is one.
Make sure you are exporting the image in the .png format, the other ones dont work properly, unless you are making a .gif

its used as .gif but there are no gif animations
maybe turn it to .png
