This is highly illegal and he deserves to get his account reset. Did I mention S. Rob speed hacks? When I was at Neo basing with Region he showed us all his speed hacked items and him running around at 10x speed.

Regardless of whether it's actually him or not, it's (technically) not even USDing.
He doesn't get paid for an item or an account, he gets paid for a service. Could also be classified as a donation for something.

I doubt it's really legal but I'm unsure.
This thread is just a witch-hunt for me.

PS: Chats on KIK are no valid proof. It has to happen in-game in order to be taken into account. Unless the KIK account was previously advertised in-game, but it clearly states the opposite in his status.
