    Identification issue

    Seems like Graalians gets no attention or help at all thought I post here and see. So I've been having an issue identifying for the past 3-4 months. Keeps telling me that the email has been sent but nothing is showing up. Yes I've check my spam. Hell I even waited a week to try and identify again. Already submitted a ticket having several chat with Ser but that was no help either. I tried calling aol to see if the problem was on their end, turns out it isn't. I even submitted a ticket but I have no blocks on [email protected]
    The account hasn't been on in over a year. The account name is Datsik and the email connected to it is [email protected]
    I just need someone to check if theirs some type of block on that email because as much as I try nothing gets send.

    This is weird but keep trying do all the stuff over again, but first edit out or delete your email off your previous post as soon as possible,the last thing we need is getting leaked to other people or possibly someone scamming your account, replace your email with your Graal ID instead (If you remember it). this might help just in case a Senior Admin replies to this thread.First, you should call your email provider, if it is Aol i think it is this site.
    You will need to find a way yourself to your email provider, beacuase i dont use Aol so i dont know the website you can receive help at. Another option is to send a ticket to toonslab.This is a GraalOnline website where you can receive help from Graal staff with problems like this. I do recommend to try logging out any other devices from both Graal and Era, and also try clearing junk in your email if you have any.

    Did you not read what I posted or did you just skimmed through it? Toonslab was no help. Neither was calling/emailing Aol. I don't remember my GraalID. I was however able to receive emails from the official Graalonline website on retrieving a new password for my pc account. But neither does Era, Zone or Classic send the identification email.

    They have got to hep you with problems,try doing it again some staff are just lazy and dont like to help

    At this rate, Since you put your email out there, I would ask a admin for a email transfer, Last I heard, Email transfers are still allowed, and don't use the same service provider, this has been a common issue, if you really want to keep your email, I would add the graal messages as some sort of VIP to make sure its going to come through, it would help to tell what device your signing into. I've had problems like this as well.

    Email transfers are only allowed if your email had been deleted, snk says.

    Strange... I transferred my email without my other one being deleted, because the other email I had, was not receiving any type of Emails.
    His Email may as well be deleted if this person can't do anything with it. I don't see the problem about email transfer, The Graal ID will always follow

    Hello, sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Based on your issue, there are no emails appear in your inbox.
    I have made an account for Aol. Identifying works for this email. It was sent to my inbox. However, your issue has the same problem I've encountered before. Here are some solutions:
    - Make sure there are no filters in your email that blocks this content.
    - AOL will block mails from a specific domain if they notice a large number of their customers registering spam complaints on email messages from that domain. Always check blocked content.
    - Try using another device, internet connectivity, and others that seem to work.
    - If you already contacted Aol, and has still not resolved. You may want to contact higher-ups to request change your email for another provider. Again, sorry for this difficulty.
