You can actually tweak it and make it blocky.

if the pixels are "glass pixels" after you change something size/degrees change it to "index colors" then fix it i btw in ps you can change it to be "nearest neighbor" "bicubic sharp/smooth/auto" when you free transform something

None of us have a add AA button
We all add it manually, stop maing excuses, if you TRULY wanted to improve you wouldnt make excuses

GFX is not meant for lazy people, gfx requires EFFORT and TIME
If you wont/cant preform one of those two, then dont do gfx
