All i see here is a guy who hates ice and wants to make problems and issues from nothing also all the replies from obsidian gang members / payback ...you can simply say you hate him coz he pked your base 24/7 and ice is a person who knows his job well as an admin ....and yes he went inactive last week he left grim and dont forget he is a human and he have a life
At the end ice never mix his player with admin job make it clear, if you want to report an admin u should send a ticket thanks.

Im fine with a gang admin in basing
But I would prefer a gang admin who has been in top gangs, low gangs, done crypt with gangs, stayed in a bunch of gangs(to prevent bias actions), and has done almost everything with a bunch of gangs

If you hire a gang admin whos been loyal to 20+ gangs theres almost no way that bias behavior will show
A gang admin has to understand how gangs work and be apart of different gangs too see how a lot of gangs run

An admin with 1 gang will clearly be bias to whatever that gang hates

An admin with 20+ gangs cant be bias to rival gangs since they have probably already been in that gang

Yep I mean as long as the player isnt gonna treat a gang badly just because he hates it even tho its his job

My gang waited four months last year for a hat and you guys complain about 1-2 months for a Melee(A lot harder to put into game). Be patience and stop blaming a gang admin just because he doesn't kiss your

Whatever the problem is here, there should be an understanding that the admins may be very busy at times and they are unable to meet everyone's demands. I am not saying that he is right or wrong because I do not get what the base on which this thread is started on.

However, about this favoritism issue , I hope every player can recognize that it is almost impossible to wipe this out completely. Admins are also players of the game and they do have their gangs, their friends in the game. Unless we are get someone who does not play the game to be an admin, which is impossible because then i doubt he or she would have any knowledge of the game, there may still be favoritism. What Era has to handle is to ensure that the admins they hire are trusted. They are paid and is it their duty to do their job.

According to NiMO, ICE spent his time killing in Tachi and that the time could have been spent doing his job - If this were true, I would think ICE has not done his duty. Admins should prioritize their jobs over their game progress- if not strive a balance between the two , in my opinion, because that is what they have been hired for. If an admin spend too much of their time on gaming and neglecting what is needed, then I do not think he or she is very professional and the higher staff ought to do something about it.

On the players side, we should understand that the admins are busy sometimes. They are humans and they are not bots, so give them a little more time for things to get done. Era has easily a thousand players at any point in time, if everyone were to send in an upload , then needless to say, admins would need time to have every upload reviewed. But then again, as far as favoritism is concerned, if you think that an admin has not been doing his job, you can always lodge a complain to higher staff in private instead of starting a public thread to generate a heated argument. I trust that Higher staff are able to make the right decisions.

Your best course of action would be to contact Anero or Ace with your concerns about ICE and the directions SNK gave you.

On one hand I feel ICE is wrong if he is purposely staying off his staff account so he won't need to add the melee to the gang. But it is also hard to prove this.

On the other hand I feel he can be in whatever gang he wants. I understand what you're saying Froz but imagine if you were forced to leave a gang that has all your friends in it.

Who said anyone forced you to leave a gang?
You can easily be in multiple gangs
And I'm talking about the person themselves whilling to do it
