Blocking players

There is a few flaws to blocking a player that must be fixed in order for the option to function satisfactorily.
1. No emoticons: even after blocking a player the same can still communicate through emojis and it starts getting annoying when they start using the "ez" emoticon on you
2. Chat bubble: when you block someone you can still see their chat bubble, so, whats the point on blocking them if you know they're still talking?
3. Both way blocks: why isnt blocking a player both ways?, meaning that if i block someone you cant pm me nor talk to me and they cant pm me nor see my chat bubble

Popping up, I can't, I have to unblock them and see what are they saying XD

Isn't it the main reason as to why you are blocking somebody is because you are tired of their chatting?

I've killed 205,759 times a player, and i've been killed 96,346 times and never have i ever blocked a player from killing me. I just think that there is no points of having a blocking system if it doesnt work
