That happened to me when I gave the leadership to my noob acc
I couldn't upload any pic
Try uploading through the upload site < never tried it tho
Actually if it was rejected they would've gotten a pm saying it was rejected, here it appears that it wasn't even uploaded, maybe the guild upload isn't working or something or your device isn't letting an image getting uploaded.

They should remove the in game gang image upload feature since it doesnt really work : l and it seems they havs no plans to fix it lol or at least provide a note to use the site to upload it.
I have heard a lot of people having this issue, hope it gets resolved soon
