Snk jailed scammers?

yes scamming is bad wrong however it is still technically legal whats so hard to understand about that

if g4g scammers are being jailed then other scammers in trade tables should be too

not fair to jail certain people because they are scamming on a particular holiday while others who scam way much more and worth more than a measly gift get away Scot free

Scamming at trade tables is made possible if both parties accept the trade. So it can be controlled so long as players do not accept trades with scammers.

However, the presents exchange now does not give both parties the rights to accept or reject the exchange so it cannot be controlled and as such this is being exploited by scammers. So it is only reasonable that present scammers be jailed.

And that's another reason why i wont be doing g4g this year. Not because i am a scammer, but because a hater can easily say i am. If there isnt a golden weapon i pretty much wont do it

i have never been scammed and never will , xmas is about giving not recieving. but yes scamming is a bad and something needs to happen.

I was on my iOS doing tests and out of 20 people only 3 gifted back. Once I established this I started jailing.

I've said to PRs if they can catch somebody doing it they can jail them. I'll be on my iOS at least 2 hours a day testing people around the Elf stalls jailing people that say G4G and them not returning the gift.

I only jail if I gift first and receive nothing back - I've even asked the players to promise and they've still not delivered. Why shouldn't they be jailed? The funny thing is I even have my name as Snake and they still scam.
