Your brush isn't smooth at all.

The small pixel head is too big. The artwork you made was a longer head than your pixel one.

You use the paintbrush. You don't use a pencil, but I normally use a pen if I'm doing digital art.

It's something you have to learn by yourself, in my opinion.

in photoshop there is allot of paintbrushs so idk what to use but i got you i will just try them all till i get it

I don't use photoshop, but yeah, just try the different brushes and choose the one you like the most. (Has to be smooth when it comes to digital art.)
