Well for one thing I can apologize for the use of the word "dyke," I personally did not realize it was a term that offended lesbians. I used it as a way to express my pride, it has since been removed in any case.

Thank you, however as I have said your use of expression is not the issue, there is nothing wrong with being a lesbian or homosexual, the problem with it is the fact other people would get jailed for using it in the same way you would.

That was not the entire point of my post in the first place, but I am glad you understood. If the word was uncensored just like gay should be I would be 100% for it.

Now if we could all move passed the whole issue on the word Dyke and its meaning and usage I would like to keep the attention on the overall point of the thread.

My previous comment stands. If you're not happy that your tickets aren't being answered you can 1. Create a followup email directly to my email with the template in the useful links 2016/17 thread or 2. Go above me and tell Ser or snk your ticket isn't being answered. If you think I don't feel bad at how effectively I can do tickets you're wrong. I hate the current ticket system, sent an email to unixmad about it but got no response. By this time most of you know my committments outside of game so I don't have to remind you about that. Usually the person who does the most work "tickets" should get a say in how the system works right? Well not in this case. I understand the frustration of players waiting for tickets to get answered because I've been there before however I'm only one person.

I may be blunt with my answers or replies but that doesn't affect the outcomes of anything. I get the work done. On that note I have to get up at 5 tomorrow for work so peace.

There is nothing wrong with your blunt answers, and I will directly email snk or unixmad on the issue thank you, or you if need be. Now I would hope we can all just focus on the main issue regarding misuse overall regardless of who the staff member is. I am not hateful towards anyone, I just say what is fair and or unfair.

All staff members care about the growth of Era and the enjoyment of the playerbase.

You don't need to worry about misuse of power of staff members. It is only a matter of time before it would be noticed with/without a thread about it. If anything, making a thread about it alerts the culprit and they could decide not to do such things anymore and skate free with no punishment.

I have to agree to some extent on the fact that the game system isn't good. I however attribute this to only one issue and primarily to the system using the fact that warnings cannot be removed from players when the warnings are given wrongfully. My concern is that , what if one day an admin abuses his or her power and decides to issue warnings to a player who shouldn't be getting it? Wouldn't that ruin a player's chances of becoming an admin in future? I believe submitting a ticket only gets a person released, but the warnings will remain.

This is the only concern that I have that I am rather unhappy about. The rest of the allegations in this thread by other players are unknown to be and I will only be convinced when they substantiate what they claim with evidence. I do have to say that some of the evidence presented are based purely on perspective and insufficient to support an accusation, though.

Nonetheless, I can definitely agree with them that there are some inadequacy in the running of the game, which I hope can be rectified.

This entire sting of pages was TL;DR. If you would like to report abuse I would advise you to send a ticket to the support site/ You need absolutely water-tight proof of abuse with screenshots, videos and so on, should the ticket not be answered after some time, please contact Ser about the issue if you think Ace is not up to standards, although you have to admit it is a lot of tickets, many of which may not be real issues

Hmm, well you cant post it without consent of the other person(s) in the group; therefore, no proof can be used.

Why does everyone care if a person swears? wait let me put it this way...Why do players attack the "higher" or "privileged" members/staff directly?
If you have a problem then do what Ace said and email Ser or SNK or Ace. No need to express your hate on another person due to low level proof. (Not getting consent from the other person)

Get him to name himself whatever staff you dislik

Step Three:
Get him to be abusive

Step Four:
Report it on the forums or via ticket

But yes I understand your point, and as I have said I am not out on a witch hunt, I am to be quite honest more out to keep awareness going so that people arent afraid to speak their mind.

Fair enough, it's an honorable cause but to be honest there isn't really any way to increase awareness or stop the issue without raising specific examples, which would ultimately result in a quote-unquote "witch hunt"
