When you said ignore guns that have stacked damage I think it's a good idea.

9 damage gun(BAR) = 6 shot kill
8 damage gun = 7 shot kill
7 damage gun = 8 shot kill
6 damage gun = 9 shot kill.
5 damage gun = 10 shot kill

If you live longer it encourages you to fight more strategically rather than just just spamming someone in the face.

I know, but ignore those guns with stacked damage/ .5 damage, those would be balanced out to ensure they aren't more than 1 less damage (bullet wall) to kill.

Chem has explosive damage, yes it'll do less damage but if you get the explosive damage that's an extra 6. Either way it's a good thing for chem to become a bit weaker since to many people seem to have it now

Those guns would be balanced out. Magnum would be decreased. Snipers may not all be decreased as they are usually slower and aren't as spammy so not as op even at 5 shot kills. The faster snipers like PSG, probably m107 would be decreased though
