If I have a correct understanding...as long as there is 1 jailed account on the same jailed IP address that did not serve time, any account logged onto that IP will get jailed and the process continues. He would need to log-in all the accounts and serve the time.

I understand, but, i have 2 accs, my main and second one, same with my bro he has 2, what am i meant to do? When the time of "release" comes, i log onto all accs?

Send a private message to vendhin with All of the Graal ids that are jailed on your IP. You could fix this yourself by logging all of the jailed accounts and allowing the time to run out. If 1 account is released before the others Do not log it into era until the others are released or it will just be rejailed.

I messaged vendhin. And sorry please explain that again? Rn only my acc and my bro's acc are logged in, but I haven't opened Era, so if his account gets release but mine doesn't, i should do what?

Let's say you got jailed on your account. You decide to login a another account it gets jailed also then your brother logs an account and gets jailed when you serve the jail time on your account do not login to the server. You would need to login the other jailed account that you used and serve the time there. After you do that don't login to the server and you need to serve your brothers jail time. After all 3 have served the time then you can login to the server. If you serve you're time on 1 account then login to the server you will just get jailed again. When you get jailed it will also jail any account that uses the same ip until all jailed accounts serve the time. The best thing to do what be to use a computer with different browsers so you can log in all your Graal accounts at one time and serve the time together.

A bit confusing, but we all have the same release date except for one acc? Does that mean we dont log on until all accs have their release date due?

In a case where you only had to wait 5 hours it would be best to keep them all logged in until the timer runs out. In your case, it will probably be best to wait for vendhin to look into it considering you have probably already served your sentence.

Yea, ok. The first jail time was 2 weeks (hacking), but it got reset 3 times. Ill see what Vendhin can do. Thanks for ur help, much appreciated.

Let's say 2 accounts are set to release on Tuesday and 1 account is set for release on Wednesday. If you logged the accounts when they were released on Tuesday they would be jailed the full amount of time again, so your new release date would be next Tuesday. Then you login to the account due to release on Wednesday it will be jailed until next wednesday because the first 2 accounts are jailed until next Tuesday. If you keep doing it, it will keep repeating. If you would have waited until wednesday it would have been avoided and all accounts would be free. I hope you understand this example as it is hard to explain.
