I'd agree with you, Delteria was great, but PC servers have always been underrated, just look at Unholy Nation and GtA.
But in truth, PC just doesn't gain enough attention to go anywhere, it's really just a development tool.

I gave Delteria a try again yesterday. Not a fan of Fb games, I think one reason why it never grew was because it was limited to Fb users. It has a bit of lag as well, but the concept isn't bad. I like the design for what it's worth.
