    A lawsuit?

Cant someone sue graal for false advertising? For example, I bought m4a3 and p2ks for a desired set of stats. Now that those stats are changed era is denying me of a refund because they decided to alter what I BOUGHT with my own REAL life money? That's like saying you buy a Ferarri to be downgraded to a Toyota and not be able to get your hard earned money back.

False Advertising- the crime or tort of publishing, broadcasting, or otherwise publicly distributing an advertisement that contains an untrue, misleading, or deceptive representation or statement which was made knowingly or recklessly and with the intent to promote the sale of property, goods, or services to the public
I been feeling like the man lately.

No. An announcement was given that guns in iEra will be nerfed. The announcement was posted on the forums and in-game, what else do you want them to do? Go to your front door and tell you? Wether you received the announcement or not is not Era's problem.

Also, when you purchased the items, the advertisement for them was up to date.

Well I'm not trying to stop you, but I don't think a judge would take you seriously if they heard:
The freeze and spread of the Bar is much worse than before and it's not worth 200,000 Gralats. As a result, I'm suing graal for "inserted amount".

    The issue has been resolved.

To my knowledge, Era cannot be sued for False Advertisement because when Band1t bought the item, the advertisement for it was up to date.

I think... Tbh idk so go ask ur local court or something

You can't sue Graal for that. All gun descriptions say what damage the gun does. Nothing more nothing less. Example Bar: This weapon deals 9 damage and can be fired automatic. It still does that right?

If you want me to go full lawyer mode then I shall.

A copy of the Graal's Terms and Conditions:

1.1. GRAAL does not warrant that the content, the instruments and materials used and offered in its site are precisely updated or complete, and is not liable for damages caused by eventual errors of content or failures of equipment.

Therefore, If ANY ITEM in them game is changed, that can be classed as an "Eventual Error", so You have no warranty on the Items.
Furthermore, how would you prove that the money you spent for Gralats was used for the gun? The gralats can be earned in game, not just via In-app purchases so there's another barrier you have to get around.

Now for anyone with a Banned account:
Any GraalOnline administrator and LINUX Cyberjoueurs reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes generally accepted standards of online behavior and may, without notice and at any time, suspend or terminate your access to the Graal Online System.

This is why if your account gets Perma-banned, you can't "Sue". Just thought I'd throw that into there.
Now for the part relating to items:

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cyberjoueur, its licensees and subcontractors do not warrant any connection to, transmission over, nor results or use of, any network connection or facilities provided (or failed to be provided) through the Graal Online system. User is responsible for assessing its own computer and transmission network needs, and the results to be obtained there from. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE PROGRAM, ALL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY THE GRAAL ONLINE WEBSITE, AND THE INTERNET ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PROGRAM AND ALL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY THE GRAAL ONLINE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. LINUX CYBERJOUEURS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, AND THOSE ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, WITH RESPECT TO THE LINUX CYBERJOUEURS SYSTEM, ALL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY CYBERJOUEUR, AND THE INTERNET. LINUX CYBERJOUEURS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE USER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA FROM DELAYS, NON DELIVERIES, ERRORS, SYSTEM DOWN TIME, MIS DELIVERIES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF CYBERJOUEUR, ITS LICENSORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS, OR USER'S OWN ERRORS AND/OR OMISSIONS.

Pretty much, As Iera is a part of GraalOnline you agreed to these terms and conditions upon downloading the game (I assume).
What the above text states is that You're not covered by any changes to components of the game AKA the EU customer Legislation or the american alternative.
The main part of the User Agreement is highlighted in Yellow.
I'm not going to be the lawyer for Graal but I'm just pointing the things we ignore everyday.

As I stated above, It'd be pretty stupid to try and sue as well, It's a game.

I was not aware of these terms. Had I read these terms and understood it when I was younger, I would have never bought anything on this game. So... if a child had to agree to these terms, For pleasing sake. Ignore the sake of money and update your age restriction on the app. I love the new stats to the guns but these terms scare me.

Are you actually mentally disabled or is being stupid something you find fun? I had m4a3 for years. How tf am I supposed to know it was going to be nerfed? The announcement was made recently so anyone whose had it before that basically got finessed out their cash and that's against the law I'm pretty sure.

Stupid? When I drop a mortgage on graal just to be scammed out my pockets is a pretty good reason to sue.

To be fair, these terms are very similar to other online games.

The ability to read does not determine the Age-rating of a game.
If I'm not mistaken the Age rating is a 7 but if you look just below "on google play" it says "Offers in-app purchases".

Do you know why that is there?
Google's Policy states unless the Purchased Product is not received by the user, You are to contact the Game Developer for all In-app purchases.
There is no official policy that covers you for events like this.

In addition to this, Have you heard of World of Tanks?
Well, there was a time where they nerfed a Tank soooo hard it was effectively useless.
As per usual there was someone claiming to sue, but here's the EULA User agreement.

WN may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time. WN may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Game without notice or liability. You have no interest, monetary or otherwise, in any feature or content contained in the Game.
