How to get good at MPX?

What is the best way to get good at MPX sparring? Also what gun setting do you think is the best?

Try adding spread to the multiplex gun. The more spread the better

Spread puts me off when sparring. But it's fun to spar em.
Don't put a lot of spread because a lot of players might say you have no skill.

Step 3) go get a 10:1 ratio

1. You spar and practice. Practice to improve little by little each time.

To be a good sparer, you surely need speed for it (Treadmill/VIP), A good combination of spread and freeze (mpx gun), and a side by side movements for dodging bullets.
its also better to practice until you get better. Remember the lines "Today's practice is tomorrow's victory". Make this quotation as your inspiration. surely you'll be a great sparer.

Coming from someone with 10,000 wins, just find a way of sparring that works for you then practice with it, skill comes with time~
