I think what she's trying to say is that your blades look too familiar structure-wise.
Like, that blade looks similar to your SPD duals.

maybe but thats just how i shade blade if i would go for cactus i would shade it different and will do different texture

maybe smooth out the shading? tops hats are (almost always) round, but the shading dictates otherwise. nice color choice though

Since when was iEra's lighting on the right? Mustache looks pretty block-y.

yea i was going for blocky mustache thats why i shade it kinda bright at the top of it also there is no real side of the light in iera its left or right
you are pretty right about the top hat but its not the shading its the shape i did for the top thanks for letting me know
