You don''t but a lot of people do.
Each admin has different styles. Joud has different style Kareem has different style Raul Zephlyn etc.
No point point shackling their autonomy in which case they'd probably be justified in not wanting to host because of all these rules.

They do have different style lol.
Probably they host those Events because its faster & it takes less time.
Imagine if I can't host those & I'm forced to host tri race or gravity race spar or trivia not every admin wants to spend so much time hosting events.

For example the limit prevents them from hosting chance more than once bush race CV1 more than once water race or TS more than once or what if they like watching TS battle but they can't host it because of the rules.

Bram used to go crazy with the lucky grab, Raul with the races, Reno with the teams so there really is variety from the usual routine.

My point exactly admins won't be allowed to host what they want if you set these rules.
