I'd say it has potential but I you put effor and creativity. Next time try to put detail and different tile for the outside walls.

Hmm I've been on this server before. Yesterday, I think. Someone kept killing me with a "Bloody M4" and my friend got jailed for talking

But about the level, you should remember that bigger hardly ever means better when it comes to leveling. You should define your walls better, along with using a better image for the doors. Also, the roof tiles do not match the building- you should always create a general theme when you're making a building to avoid this kind of thing. The roof-access wall/building looks odd, you should extend it. Before I forget, add windows to your buildings(Don't overdue it, though).
